Check your order status

Open your order confirmation or shipping email and tap View your order to visit your private order-status page. If your shipment has tracking, follow the carrier link in that email or on your order-status page for updates.

For deliveries with Dragonfly Shipping or WhizDelivery, use the original delivery link provided in your shipping email.

No tracking number?

Not every shipment includes tracking. If no tracking link appears, live carrier updates aren't available for that shipment. Your order confirmation is still your reference for your purchase.

Can't find your email or need a hand?

Check your spam or junk folder for your Sleepy House Lion confirmation. If you still need help, reply to your order confirmation or contact us through our store. Include your order number in your private message, but never post your address, order link, or payment details publicly.
