Shipping policy

August 2026: For US Customers: Starting August 19, 2026, the new 50% Section 338 tariff will apply to certain goods imported into the United States. This unfortunately impacts all of our products that were originally tariff free due to CUSMA. We will continue to monitor and provide updates when shipping to the US will resume again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

All flat stationery items will default to untracked shipping, unless the customer specifies otherwise at checkout. Untracked letter mail is sent at the customer’s risk—we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages when using this method. To ensure delivery, we strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout.

Shipping times are estimated based on when an order has been fulfilled and shipped, not when the order was placed.

  • Untracked letter mail will be shipped via Canada Post.
  • Tracked packages may be sent through Canada Post or a third-party service (e.g. Stallion Express, Chit Chats).

To reduce waste, we reuse packaging materials whenever possible. We encourage our customers to do the same to help minimize environmental impact.

Estimated Shipping Times (Untracked Letter Mail)

  • Canada (Domestic): 1–4 weeks
  • United States: currently paused
  • International: 4–8 weeks

Customs, Duties, Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada will be subject to duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the receiving country's government or the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for any duties, fees, and taxes associated with the shipment. If you are unsure whether import fees apply, please consult your local customs agency’s website. Some carriers may also impose additional handling fees—please check their respective policies for details.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. Any disputes regarding import duties, taxes, or customs delays must be addressed directly with the customs agency in your destination country. Your receipt or order confirmation may be required for reference.
