All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to their order. These charges are imposed by the destination country’s government and shipping carriers.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


Price Adjustments

We do not apply price adjustments retroactively. Please ensure that all coupon codes are entered before completing your purchase.

Lost Packages

  • If you selected untracked shipping, your order is shipped at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages and cannot offer refunds or replacements.
  • If you selected tracked shipping and have not received your order within three (3) months of fulfillment, please contact us. We will assess each case individually.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us immediately at info@sleepyhouselion.com. We will respond within 24–48 hours to assist you.

  • We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during shipment, but please reach out to us if there is any other issue with your order.
  • When contacting us, kindly attach clear images of the issue(s) to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
